when i got a slick little cordless dremel tool for christmas, i loved it for about 20 minutes at a time, then its battery wore down and had to be recharged. not good if you want to use it for your work rather than as just a toy! so immediately ordered a second battery from Amazon, so one could be charging while i used the other. it was a sad disappointment to discover that the new battery had almost no power and couldn't hold a charge at all! that's the bad news.
the good news is that i returned it to Amazon and had a new one within a few days. the new one works fine, the return process was fast and easy, and once again Amazon proves why so many of us prefer it to any other online shopping site. this is more an Amazon review than a review of the product... but the battery is as advertised, and now i can work much longer at a stretch.
